There are many branches across Japan, I've been to the one in Diver City, Odaiba. They are open 24hrs with a wide range of activities from bowling to arcade games to batting cages to billiards to karaoke to a small inline skating rink. You pay for a time slot at the entrance then after that, your wallet only comes out for vending machine drinks. (here's the entrance costs for the Diver City branch depending on if you want to try everything, or if you're interested in more specific things there are discounted pricings)
Great place to check out in the evenings if you don't feel like going out to a bar or clubbing. Only thing is make sure you know when is the last train back or it'll be an expensive taxi ride (Japanese taxis have a night time surcharge)
